What do you mean by how the percentage work? In PaD we have boosts for everything and this item is a 30% boost according to item’s description.

I have a question about achievements.

Why we don't have done some of them if for example we made something what is needed or another way - why progress isn't saved? Some rewards of new achievements we got, but some no. It is going to be changed? I'll give 2 examples to show what I am talking about.

1) I got Mew card for achievement - Mew dex (new one).
2) Achievement - Kanto Collector - it is needed to open 100 kanto boxes, but the progress isn't saved after implementing that achievement. I am pretty sure I opened maybe not 100, but 50+ so I think it should be shown that something happened in that achievement. In this case many players opened many of boxes for catches and now they need to open once again if they have everything from boxes just for achievement? Its kind of nonsens.

As an explanation - it is not about being selfish aka don't want open 100 boxes once more. It is rather about all achievements which players made much progress and it is not saved. Why some of them are accepted after implementation (like Mew dex achievement) and some of them no (like Kanto Collector)?

I am talking about all new achievements, not only those above. Those above are just examples. Hope you understand what I am talking about and can do something with updating our progress which we made for many years of playing.

Mew achievement works because mew's dex is saved... in your pokedex.

Because things like dex are saved? You can check it etc, same with catches. But i'm sure they haven't stored data such as amount of opened boxes or amount of defeated pokemons.

Not every event must be giving pokemons.
