There was already a rebalance.

Could you please at least consider increasing HP?

3.- Could you increase HP to 22k (or maybe 22.5k?)
Please don't forget that Skarmory has NO protect, CANNOT learn Reflect, DON'T HAVE Iron Defense anymore and now that Fly Attack is gone, it is highly susceptible to receive all damage. It used to have 20.5k, now 21.5k but compared to other Steel-type pokemons (see my comparisons here: http://www.padventures.org/forum/showthread.php?39859-Skarmory-suggestion&p=367936&viewfull=1#post367936) it still has low HP.

1. I guess, but I am not really sure about Feint. We'll see
2. No. Skarmory has 2 other very strong area moves that deal max damage, so third area cannot deal more than it does atm.
3. We'll see later.

If you are still not sure about the TM's that's ok but PLEASE I am begging you to check Skarmory's Hp... It definitely needs a boost in its Hp.
