Jumpluff: This pokemon loots TM 19 but it can't learn it. Add it to his tm learnset.
Vileplume: Remove Sunny Day and add it again Sleep Powder. It's a master in powders.

Mamoswine-Put lower HP and change 1 ice attack to ground one (rock tomb maybe)
Do not remove rest from Mamo,he will be bad then...just lower hp is enough

Water Pulse - m2 - level 45 - 40s

Protection - m9 - level 40 - 60s

Impossible, we can't add a move to any moveset when the pokemon already learns it as TM. There are Quilfishes in game with TM03 Water Pulse Already. Plus, please, don't use comparision with two different pokemons to suggest something, if we wanted equal pokemons we wouldn't have the work to ask you for help or to rebalance them.

We can't add fly attack on it since it's in its TM learnset. There are Charizards with TM Fly Attack already, sorry.

Well guys, after discussing with our actual rebalance team, we decided we will look again every pokemon we have available in game. Do not expect big changes, Makarno did a great rebalance before, we just think some damages or HP aren't well balanced. We can also change some movesets, mostly to help pokemons leveling because, for example, pokemons like Ambipom are almost impossible to level up right now, but as I said, don't expect the whole moveset to be changed, most of the pokemons which need changes are only in 1 or 2 moves.
I honestly ask you to keep helping us with your ideas, you are in game and you have the experience right in your hands, so please keep helping us. Please follow the rules we defined in first post, any other kind of post without pokemon name/suggestion/argument will be deleted, the same to fights or discussions, if you want to do it, use the other thread.

PS: I'm gonna delete the list about what we are working since we will take a look in all the pokemons. Still, I will keep the list about what we already changed to keep you informed if some pokemon has been changed. We will also post the changes here when we finish.

Hello, after several tries with blissey, it's official, it can't kill almost anything, also it's normal poke, and only use normal moves (not metronome , but it varies). also it has only 5 movement in its learnset,charm with no dammage and 18s of coldown, its heals nerfed wich can't eal at 100% even with them both, so I can suggest 3 things:

1. Increase Charm dammage and decrease coldown to 15s Make healing wish heat itself again.
2. Change charm into Enhoied voice with a good dmg and 25s coldown
3. increase hp and don't modify heals, but change it's moveset with other moves, maybe it goes from op to useless cause you are thinking only in 1 moveset.

Those pokemons have been changed in something, some more than others. As I said before, do not expect big changes, we worked in some damages, movesets, HPs, TM Learnset's, and some of them we just fixed stacked damage. We will also take a look in Blissey.
Some of the changes are already in game like Poliwrath and Ninetales (We know about stacked damage in Night Shade, but it is fixed in Test Server and will be fixed when we upload the files on live).

We also worked with some moves like:

- Every stun with exception of Poison Gas;
- Karate Chop;
- Grudge (only sprite changed to the old one with skulls);
- Iron Defense;
- Petal Blizzard (New Grass element move).

We are going to do some final tests and if everything goes as we expect, we finally finish the rebalance.
We will also share with you every change we did once the files are uploaded in live.

I've seen all those pokemons with exception of Yanma and Dragonair (since we were only reviewing last evolution forms (pokemons like machoke were changed cuz Karate Chop was changed too, so we needed to change the dmg)), and all those pokemons are fine, specially Muk, Magcargo and Weezing.

Muk has a great HP, also has good AoE and good damage.
It has Acid Spray with 10s cd and when I was testing it I did twice more than 6k damage with it in x1 (12k against x2), and even with this chance to do this big damage we are not nerfing it since the move sometimes fails. If you use it well, it can even be OP.

Magcargo and Fire Blast is just a bug and will be fixed in next restart.

Mr Mime Idk what's the problem with it. Ok it lost Mimic Wall, but it even has an heal move now.
