Since the last rebalance we've lost two good dragons hehehe We've already suggested improvements to some, but I want to ask for one more Dragon, one of my favourites xD

Looking at the two types of Hydreigon, it even has a good moveset, the changes I want to suggest are thinking of making it stronger on the Dragon side.

Hydreigon:
m1 - Scary face
m2 - Crunch
m3 - Dragon Pulse
m4 - Tri Attack
m5 - Blackout
m6 - Snarl ---> Dark Whispers
m7 - Foul Play --> Dragon Cry || Deafen || Dragon Dance
m8 - Outrage
m9 - Dragon Breath
m10 - Dragon Rage

Shiny Hydreigon:
m1 - Scary face
m2 - Crunch
m3 - Dual Wingbeat
m4 - Natural Gift
m5 - Blackout
m6 - Snarl ---> Dark Whispers
m7 - Foul Play ---> Dragon Cry || Deafen || Dragon Dance || Outrage
m8 - Draco Meteor
m9 - Dragon Breath
m10 - Dragon Rage --> Twister

If I just changed the Foul Play move to a Dragon move, that would be enough. The other change would be to swap a Dark-type Aoe Forte for another Dark-type Aoe Forte, but with the advantage that Dark Whispers, even though it's not a Dragon move, has the Pull function, which would help a lot in any hunting respawn.

ps: If you don't agree with the suggestion, I would ask you to perhaps change the target movement to an area movement.
