Heavy Slam is an Steel Type Attack and Makuhita has it...

Add Double Slap or Double Hit and Remove Heavy Slam. :D

Check chimecho, he is really hard to lvl, needs any other aoe spell like psychc or confusion, also he has a lot of cd on his spells.

he has too many spells that are dodgeable and also similar spells (whirpool [1,1k damage], water sport [1k damage], waterball [1,4k damage]), those 3 attacks that are to level up do pretty poor damage at lvl 130. He is full water type (even though he's known because of his psychic spells) and yet he has no water AoE that helps to level up, since the AoE's he has are not so good and do little damage, maybe increase it's damage overall would help;

My suggestion is:
Moves:
Scald - m1 - level 40 - 10s
Aqua Tail - m2 - level 40 - 10s
Confusion - m3 - level 40 - 25s
Waterball - m4 - level 40 - 10s
Aqua Jet - m5 - level 45 - 20s
Psyshock - m6 - level 50 - 10s
Whirlpool - m7 - level 55 - 30s ---->change to Brine (hydropump and rain dance he can learn as TM, so the only changeable option would be that)
Hydro Cannon - m8 - level 50 - 25s
Water Sport - m9 - level 60 - 35s
Synchronoise - m10 - level 60 - 40s
Stunning Confusion - Passive

About mawile

Remove flash canyon and add Sweet scent to it's moveset (it can learn some fairy moves too), also it dies really fast, maybe it could learn protection or something to evade damage for some seconds

This pokemons is probably a more supportive pokemon than something more aggresive like it should be e.e, in anime and even at bulbapedia it can learn a lot of fighting and poison moves, this pokemon supussed to be more for pvp than for hunt. Anyway after alot of tests, i think it needs something else to improve its way to battle in pvp because the moves it has are too weak sometimes. The best moves fling and needle arm sometimes doesnt hit, and the other moves are all basics, its just a pokemon with 4 good moves, 6 TRASH moves, who did it, just add the other 6 moves to complete its moveset, not thinking exactly in how good or bad it would be ...


Moves:
Sucker Punch - m1 - level 60 - 10s <-- too weak
Poison Sting - m2 - level 60 - 10s <-- too weak <- this move its a lvl 10-30 pokemon move.
Energy Ball - m3 - level 60 - 10s <-- maybe okay but weak.
Grass Knot - m4 - level 60 - 20s <-- good but 20s is too much. 15s would be better.
Stun Spore - m5 - level 60 - 30s
Ingrain - m6 - level 70 - 45s <--good
Solar Beam - m7 - level 62 - 25s <- not so good.
Spiky Shield - m8 - level 65 - 50s <-- good
Fling - m9 - level 65 - 40s <- good
Needle Arm - m10 - level 70 - 45s <- good


My suggestion is next:
Moves:
Poison Jab - m1 - level 60 - 15s
Sting Gun - m2 - level 60 - 15s
Faint Attack - m3 - level 60 - 15s
Grass Knot - m4 - level 60 - 15s
Stun Spore - m5 - level 60 - 30s
Ingrain - m6 - level 70 - 45s
Solar Beam - m7 - level 62 - 25s
Spiky Shield - m8 - level 65 - 50s
Fling - m9 - level 65 - 40s
Needle Arm - m10 - level 70 - 45s
Passive: Bullet Seed

Having these moves with a strong damage, this pokemon would become alot better, also all the moves suggested are main moves from this pokemon, it may not be poison but he can learn a lot of this types because its a captus, with a lot of spikes and his fighting style makes them perfect.

Look that im not suggesting something Op , something that could change him all, these 4 changes would be enough.

When we will have chance to modify the moves that it knows? Please put a system, if you want, to spend some diamonds to reset it

I copied feint but seems to hit so low in smeargle , it's supposed to hit 10% less, not 70% less, not so fair bro

I think Farfetch'd and Noctowl need little buff.
In Noctowl I would like to suggest change Peck/Drill Peck/Wing Attack for Sky Drop.
In Farfetch'd I would like to suggest change Fury Attack/Drill Peck for Sky Drop.

It deals 1k or around 1k?

17:43 Your Smeargle deals 418 damage to a Goldeen.
17:45 Your Smeargle deals 684 damage to a Shellder.
17:48 Your Smeargle deals 480 damage to a Pidgey.
17:47 Your Smeargle deals 411 damage to a Metapod.
17:47 Your Smeargle deals 412 damage to a Metapod.
17:49 Your Smeargle deals 595 damage to a Metapod.
17:52 Your Smeargle deals 689 damage to a Snorlax.

the 50% of the time it dont do any damage

It's a bug. One time Mime deals 4k, second time 1k. For example. Morning deals 4k, but in evening same day 1k. It happened me few times. Now again 1k.

About Volbeat
I would like to suggest replace Silver Wind for Bug Buzz and add TM Infestation to his TM learnest.
Bug Buzz can makes it more usefull. Volbeat is Bug type, so TM Infestation could improve TM learnest, where any TM is bug type.

@edit:
Replace Ice Fang for Ice Punch in Feraligator moveset -> little improvement for him

I think you removed Protection from Blastoise because it was "somehow" op.

Glaceon has Protection and Water pulse, also can learn Roar and Sheer cold.
Glalie has Protection and Freeze dry, and can learn Sheer cold and Ice beam.


Please, give back Protection to Blastoise and find another solution to avoid Opness.
A little frozen dog with protection and a giant turtle with big shell without protection makes no sense.

I've already been tested Pokemon with move or TM Brick Break which I have and I'll show smg.

So as u can see I've been tested 16 Pokemons and I noticed that Magmortar & Charizard + Electivire hit a little less than others.

I would like to suggest improve Magmortar & Charizard Brick Break and add them to hit +1-1.5k [would be 5-5.5+-] + Electrivire Brick Break and add him to hit +1k [would be 5.5k+-].

I don't know others how much hit and I won't test all pokemons with Brick Break, cuz there're a lot of them, so if u can - improve all Brick Breaks which hit 4-4.5k to 5-6k in each of Pokemon. ( Second option would be decrease this high DMG, but better would be if u improve those which are lov.)

@edit: some of them aren't 130lvl [Hitmontop - 102, Hitmonchan - 111, Heracross - 128]
