You can discuss here about rebalance and about your eventual suggestion, before posting it in the right thread, for example ask others for opinion.
Keep in mind that arguments like "this pokemon is expensive or rare" will be ignored and deleted.

Remember to follow rules:

IMPORTANT: Please report here any kind of OPness or under power in any pokemon, WITH SOLID ARGUMENTS.

Hello guys, about Corsola, I'd like to suggest a little change in his moveset. it's include to remove some "repetitive" moves who have basically the same "damage function". For example, Rock Thrown and Rock Slide, I understand that these moves have a nice effect against Flying and Fire types. The same happen to Bubles and Bubblebeam, the only thing that is different, it's their damage. Forgive me if i said something no sense. So what i'd like to suggest you about corsola is:

Replace Bubblebeam for Spike Cannon (it's will be nice to face grass element) - the reason about to keep bubles and no Bubblebeam, it's because we'know that bubblebeam has a better damage than bubles, so it's will avoid corsola to become so OPness.

Replace Rock Thrown for Tackle -> giving a little buff - the reason about to keep Rock slide, is because we'know that Rock Slide has a better damage than Rock Thrown. Keeping a "balance" between his water (Bubles) and Rock (Rock Slide) moves.

Replace Rock tomb for Earth Power.

I'm thinking some thing like that:

Bubles
Rock Slide
Sleep Talk
Brine
Water Ball
Aqua Ring
Power Gem
Tackle
Spike Cannon
Earth Power

Harden - Passive

What's the balance between rock/water that you mentioned there? Its rock side would be too weak, also to face Grass you can add TM Blizzard

Keep Bubles/ Remove Bubblebeam - Keep Rock Slide / Remove Rock Thrown, I don't see it having a weakness at his rock side, since you would adding Earth Power. I don't know how much damage Rock thrown is causing on 130 Lvl; Anyway you would replacing rock throw and rock tomb for Earth Power, what could be done is an increase of damage to earth power, and a increase also to the release rate of his passive (not each 5 sec, ofc) About to face grass element i'm talking about his moveset not including tms, etc... once not everyone can to get it.

So how would you kill a Dragonite with Corsola? Water makes x.5 to Dragonite, having 2 rock moves wouldn't be enough to kill a Dragonite even if you use them twice, remember that Earth Power wouldn't help to kill a Dragonite either

Well, not even having these (rock thorwn/Rock tomb) moves would be possible to kill a dragonite (talking about Corsola free from the any TM) I don't know, only guessing xD Anyway there's no possible to win everything, he can not to be able to win a dragonite, but will be effective to other things, it goes from situation to situation. And now we can talk about TMs, if someone wants to face something like a dragonite, so he must to equip it. The same happen if I want to face a grass element, as you said "you could to add blizzard on it" yes, i could; for this especific situation, but as i said before, i was talking about the pkm free of TMs and about the non-repetition of some moves xD anyway it's only a suggestion, i don't know too much about it xDD.

could test Dugtrio ( EARTHQUAKE)

my Dugtrio has always stuck 1000-1050 each hit Earthquake

while a Sandlash 130 hits every shot as 1500-1600

this bug or inbalance already very long time since it began Pa,
I think it's unfair that the earthquake TM or other Pokemon that are not type earth do more damage a Earth type

º And maybe you see change Earthshock by Earth Power

/////////////////

add Stun to Pinsir, since it has no movement stun even in TM learn?
please check it out

We aren't the gameboy, so our attacks aren't the same like there buddy.

I think removing Recover from Porygon2 was bad idea
Hp is same like 16k,and without reflect he is nothing
I think he needs atleast now 20k hp OR some heal move rost/recover

As I was leveling my tentacool, from 19 to 27, i realized that the moves barely gain any attack power. With gain in level, he should be able to kill faster and even stronger monsters, but he cant, because of this Low Dmg Increase on each move/level. Comparing Tentacool from level 20 to level 30, he is killing ponytas at almost the same peace, the 10 levels of difference are hardly recognizable.

So my suggestion is to increase S.ATK (spells) at each level.
I suppose not all Pokemon need this, but i imagine most of them do.

Thx. ^^

--- Edit ---

I defeated a charmeleon 50 with my lucky psyduck lvl 18, and with tentacool, i can hardly defeat 2 vulpix lvl 20 together

I want to purpose increase the heal of Togekiss or change Roost for Selfheal
Because with 1x rock slide loses 30%+ of heal

About Porygon2, let's wait till staff release Porygon-z, we don't know what the rebalancers is doing with him. Maybe he could leave us surprised, unless you do not want to evolve it. Even porygon2 have been nice for me...

Replace Assurance for Foul Play on Raticate's moveset.
This Poke is even good, but it doesn't have a big AoE move, Foul Play can hit more pokes than Assurance or Sword Dance and it can help a lot for him.

noctowl

2x stun
2x heal
and ref

its not too op?

It is not OP i have dueled 10x time with a guy who own a level 130 with tms, belive me its still more dificult to defeat OP Skarmory 130 that you have than noctowl and the guy who own this bird has been winner 2x Bracket A Official Tournament, so u cant say "OMG must be a noob".
