Best respawns for lvl?

Hi i was retired and i forget all the respawn for lvl, actually i make 300k in gengar mansion.. its okey? im lvl 93
some players recomend go to tm23 or yellow hall but gengar give me more exp or im wrong?

can someone help me?

mansion is easier and only good if you are alone there, tm23 is ok if you have good pokes to clear it
make it to lvl 100 and then move to 100+ areas - there are best spawns

In my opinion - Yellow Hall is the best option before level 100. On 100+ u are going to grass100+ respawn, but before - with some good pokes, clearing Yellow Hall is just the best.
