Shouldn't it be 2.5x base Pokemon Exp for Diamond since we have 1.5x normally (except POI and INQ areas)?

I think that it is 1,5x because he took exp stage as it is 100% or 1

Anything changed since this update?

Yes, there was a recent fix for the experience stages. The Pokemon ones have a 1.5x default multiplier in Diamond, and additional +100% for stages during this bonus. I stand corrected because now the Pokemon experience stages have a default stage multiplier (1.0, 2.0 in this event) and another base multiplier (1.5). I know this math may seem complex or confusing for you, but I'll have Sqnik verify today later.

tl;dr: Yes, you've been having +100% of Pokemon exp since bonus started, just that formula to make it work is now different (due to bug fix and benefit for players).

I used 40 rb +- and 50 ub+- to bugged shines. Will you give me back? I think no but when someone caught pokemon u dont have any problem to steal him. Who have waste? Only players and who made mistake? players too?

I think guys that you're overreacting sometimes bug happens while in PA is working like ~5-6 ppl on events even WoW has it own bugs while 1512512512 ppl are working here. You'll still have 2 days to catch sth and to level up.

Chespin & Fennekin spawn area is available near Johto's mountain of Phanpy/Donphan.
-You cannot catch both, just one. The next one you try to catch, you won't be allowed.
-You can only catch 1 of Chespin or Fennekin.
-You require to have killed at least 300 Pokemon during past weekend's event.
