You guys have to warn us the server is going down!

Come on, people. We have to know when the server is going down for maintenance or whatever other reason. At least 1 or 2 minutes beforehand.
That is so frustrating, besides the possibility of causing rollbacks.

And what if it wasn't fault of any staff member, but for example problem with host? Do you expect them to see the future?
