when hoenn was released, walrein had rest, and it was a widely used pokemon, which was taken from the updates, my suggestion is to return rest, crunch and replace body slam with giga impact due to his difficulty in approaching the pokemon due to being too slow, and walrein deserve this up cuz dewgong has heal and underwater
