I don't think the PA team can do something about this, its your own fault that you got hacked.

You must secure your computer, you mustn't download 'PA bots' or 'PA multiclient', or share your account with your anyone. Also, get a good anti-virus (ESET NOD32/Kaspersky) and a good anti-spyware (Ad-Aware/Spybot - Search & Destroy)

Also, make sure that you create a recovery key when you create your account, could come in handy.
