Catch system
Without a doubt, our catch system is good, but it has some flaws that end up making the game very random. The system here in the game is very frustrating, we run after it, but we are not always sure we will conquer the dream fast or it will take us some months or years.
What would improve this capture system without needing a big change
We would still keep the probability factor and add an X factor of balls to capture pokemons, according to their capture rate. (of course it has to be a high amount of balls, not everything can be easy)
From initial idea we think this factor X only influence the first catch of each pokemon (similar to the first vivillon), from the second catch would stay with the same current system to avoid abuse.
This way it would reward the players that are there every time they are online and encourage other players to make more effort for their conquest.
It is not meant to be an easy game, but a fair system. Where we can see that some are lucky (as in the video that appeared of a child, angry because he lost his account) so even if a person takes months or weeks or even years, he has in mind when he reaches X NUMBER OF BALLS PLAYED THE CATCH WOULD START 100%.

This is an idea that I and some players have been talking about for some time, my English is not good. But if someone wants to complete this idea and add something more to the reasoning. It would be good and we are a community, we need to help each other and be heard.

realemnte, ter uma media de ball seria muito bom jogar 20k de ball para pegar um pokemon very rare, e msm assim nao pegar, demanda muito tempo. torna o jogo mais frustrante
