TM30 Shadow Ball should be improved. I prepare a test.
All TMs have the same power or lower (Bulbapedia)

Test on DMGx1 130lvl vs 130

Steel Wing DMG:1651 or 2k But I put hit x3

Brick Break DMG:2731

Dragon Claw Dmg: 2137

Shadow Ball DMG: 1000

My idea: Set Shadow Ball DMG: 1650 on x1

Hello, there's no way to set that amount of dmg on that TM but we will check it anyways

07:26 Your Snorlax deals 1002 damage to Test Fire.
07:27 Your Dusknoir deals 1237 damage to Test Fire.

Currently Dusknoir deals 1237 on Shadow Ball on its moveset what does it mean, that we will need to improve all pkm who have Shadow Ball on their moveset before add a little more dmg on TMShadow Ball
As I said, we need to check that first, we won't don't it now

And also you are comparing 1 hit spell with another 3 hits spell

I compare this skills becouse they have a -/+ the same Power ( Oryginal Pokemons) Yes I know this is OTS but we have all from Original gameboy/nintendo Pokemons.
