i don't know if it's bugged, but hydregon's outrage hits less than altaria's and cloned dragonite's(this one tested with dragon dance)

I'm not sure if it's a bug. Downpour or Power Trick have the same formula and CD of 30 up to 45 seconds depending on pokemon.

Should Mud Bomb stun pokemon with ability Levitate? If no, it stuns.

Same thing happens with Storm Drain. Water Pulse stuns Pokémons with Storm Drain and Scald burns them.

Also with Flash Fire. Pokémon with Flash Fire can get burned, ability drains the dmg but not sure if their dmg gets nerfed or not.

Nop, I think staff should add illumise in the Edward's list to extract it first

Fake Out works against ghost pokes. ( not deals DMG but throws enemy on the sreecen )
