I think Pelipper should have rain dance instead hydropump, this move is a hidden skill for this poke. Also, it has 2 similar moves scald and water gun

Hi.
Some minutes ago I thought about some pokemons which have target stun. Before I go further I want to say that I know that not everything should be easy on exp. Btw I just wanna suggest to make every pokemon to contains area stun, but not necessarily damaging stun, for example Roar etc. You could make Magnet Pull stunning for example. And I know it requires more time to test again pokemons, but I think it will be fair relative to other. Next stun in moveset will be an extra addition to pkms and IMO those changes wouldn't make too much OP some of them as some people can think.
Thanks for reading.

Very well, I agree with you.

Very well, I agree with you.

Mow Rotom
latest

Many people ask why i catch this pokemon?
And you know what i answer to them? Because its Lawnmower :V, not that it is a strong, op pokemon.
I think this rotom is the weakest from all of them.
Except normal rotom and mow, all of them have reflects, and frost have protection.
I know mow have reflect in tm's, that's why i dont want to give him new protection skill.
But, i would like to change his offensive skills, keeping his balance between electric and grass skills.

Power Whip have small area, i would like change it for Leaf Storm, according to bulbapedia:

oAfKFEp.png

I have no all dexes, but think that all of them or most have Eerie Impulse, but in Mow Rotom i would like to change it for Shock Wave, unless you think Eerie is unique move for all of them.

I notice he has a lot grass TM's, what makes it hard to balance.

I know i could check it with best TM's he can learn, Reflect makes him similar to other rotoms, but then he got only one extra offensive skill, while other rotoms have 2 extra dmg dealing skills.

Thats why i dont think this changes will make him OP, but playable without paying extra cash for TMs!

avalugg very resistant, unfortunately in the game this one crap

What a beautiful battle avalugg very resistant, unfortunately in the game this one crap

I defend avalugg until i see how he die on spawns, it hardly cast 2 spells + recover.
You couldn't look at heals like advantage, in relation to protection skills, because sometimes it may not be used, because of stun, and with prot you can cast 3-4 spells without taking any dmg.
As his description say: "he's body is as hard as steel" and it has no reflection while using it.
Here is his battle vs greninja

I would like to suggest some ideas:

  1. Than giving him protection, and make second glalie, maybe it would be nice to use iron defense here, i dont find it in any poke, idk if it is the same like iron armor, but it would lower taking dmg by 80%, time would be the same like protection, still it won't protect him from stuns, but give him more survivability. It could change his sprite for more gray, like steelix's iron defense some time ago.
    I know if it is the same, it's impossible to change, because then all pokes with this skill would be rebalanced.
    Then maybe rapid spin, but then he could spin like in video which i add above.
    3GLkHUG.png

    It could substitute recovery or sheer cold.
  2. Then add ice ball instead of recovery or sheer cold.
  3. Remove freezing shock, and make something like stone edge, ice type with stun effect, than adding freeze dry.
  4. Last thing would be passive, ice body, which would heal him for some HP, something like giga drain, or maybe heal him example 5 times for 200hp, one time every second, but avalugg doesn't need to stay next to other poke. He could turn green, while use it.

That's all, i think it won't make him OP and better, stronger than popular Glalie, but will make him more tanky and playable like he could be from beginning.

Thank for reading, and i'm waiting for your opinions.

Regards!

Hello, I would like to suggest some changed to Relicanth. It's kinda forgotten pokemon because of it's rarity, but also his skillset isn't really good. Here's my Suggestion:

Moves:
Tackle - m1 - level 60 - 10s -> Water Ball - m1 - level 60 - 15s
Rock Throw - m2 - level 60 - 10s
Rock Slide - m3 - level 60 - 15s
Aqua Tail - m4 - level 60 - 10s
Water Gun - m5 - level 60 - 10s
Smack Down - m6 - level 65 - 35s
Yawn - m7 - level 62 - 30s -> Swagger - m7 - level 62 - 30s
Muddy Water - m8 - level 70 - 35s -> Muddy Water - m8 - level 70 - 30s
Ancient Power - m9 - Level 65 - 25s
Brine - m10 - level 75 - 45sec -> Brine - m10 - level 75 - 35sec
Passive: harden -> Remove it

Why? First of all, the only aoe stun it has is Water Pulse as TM, and Yawn is useless at leveling spots. Also, his best moves Cooldowns are literally too high, and one of his weaker spells would be cool as some little AOE, like waterball, because lower level relicanth have serious troubles with defeating 2 pokes which it is super effective to.

I base my suggestion on my own relicanth, leveled it from 62 lvl to 93 (for now) with TMs Water pulse added at 62 and rain dance at 75.

Leave your opinions.

There are many more than 31 pokemons. Anyway I don't want to nerf anything, I just want rebalance team to be consequent with changes, if something is too strong for one pokemon, it should be removed from every other which has such combo.

We don't rebalance 100 pokemons at once, but part by part, so it's not like we're not "consequent".
And by the way, Empoleon didn't have metallic noise, we just added it in exchange for roar in TM set, thanks to it you can instead add another damaging TM. I wouldn't call it "nerf".

You cant use combo of Metal Sound and Roar anymore, it is a nerf in my opinion. It is just sad that combos which require some skill to be used (fear + strong waves as metal sound) are constantly being removed from pokemons. And long time ago you said that you would like to see more skilled combos, so people start to think about their moves instead of randomly smashing hotkeys. You could for example make restriction for Empoleon as you did for Reflect + Sky Attack or Brick Break + Feint for pokes with protection in moveset, so people would add only one of following: Roar or Water Pulse to it's TM set.

About the list I did, I know you are not rebalancing 100 pokes at once, I help you with testing sometimes and I know how hard it is to find broken pokemons or how hard it is to design correct moveset. I just listed pokemons which can somehow break the balance rules, mostly prot + 3 stuns or no prot but 4 stuns.

Have you been using empoleon recently? Cus if im not wrong using metal sound right after roar was blocked due to high combos and you were the one reporting it in case of Lapras + glaciate + battle mode/order movement.
