Improve Scyther/Scizor

Cooldowns for Scyther
m1 Quick Attack - Level 50 - 5s for Bug Bite - Level 50 - 5s
m8 U Turn - Level 60 - 30s for Aerial Ace - Level 55 - 30s
Passive - Rage

Cooldowns for Scizor

Agility - m4 - level 110 - 30s for Iron Burst or Metal Sound- Level 112 - 35s

I Would like your opinion, there are people (Like me) that dont want to evolve scyther to scizor, but want a good poke

Remmember:

Of course Scizor must be stronger then Scyther

Dewgong.
Long time ago i made a suggestion for dewgon because it was an underated pokemon, there were other people who also did it.
What i don't understand is how the rebalance team is working on the rebalanced pokemons and their justification to improve a pokemon that is or was already good or overpowered.

Moves:
Bubblebeam - m1 - level 50 - 10s
Aqua Jet - m2 - level 50 - 15s
Icicle Spear - m3 - level 50 - 15s <-----
Ice Beam - m4 - level 50 - 25s
Brine - m5 - level 50 - 35s
Ice Ball - m6 - level 50 - 15s
Aurora Beam - m7 - level 50 - 20s
Hail - m8 - level 53 - 45s
Rest - m9 - level 55 - 60s
Freeze Dry - m10 - level 60 - 35s

Someone added recently Icicle Spear a move that is 100% demanded by pvp players, this move hits too much and thats why people ask for it in ice pokemon, sadly not everyone can have it.
Dewgong as a pokemon for pvp was well designed 16K hp + 2 stuns and 1 able to learn, adding this move on him is just making him overpowered, why? its simple, first this pokemon somebody forgot to remover icebeam which is a real problem because can do combos like icebeam + freeze + water+hail or icebeam + freeze + hail + water [without enough exhauted time for enemy to use reflect or protect during hail, dewgon has really fast moves] and after rest he can repeat the same op combo.
Now icicle spear give him a full distance attack 4 moves for attacking. I wouldn't say anything if this attacks were ice fang, ice shards, but are main attacks with really strong damage.

Why this change was made without asking people? it was already good.
My suggestion is:

Bubblebeam - m1 - level 50 - 10s
Aqua Jet - m2 - level 50 - 20s
Snore - m3 - level 50 - 30s <-----
Water Spout - m4 - level 50 - 25s <----
Brine - m5 - level 50 - 35s
Ice Ball - m6 - level 50 - 15s
Aurora Beam - m7 - level 50 - 20s
Hail - m8 - level 53 - 45s
Rest - m9 - level 55 - 60s
Freeze Dry - m10 - level 60 - 35s

and we can't forget they recently add tm ice storm on his tm learnset... is somebody trying to make this pokemon undefeatable?

Hello friend, rebalance has no defined system , if they see a pokemon is weak, they over power it, if they see a pokemon is over powered, they make it weak.

What you talking about dewgong?XDDDDDDDDD
I'm using it AND it's not OP, i have mine 90lvl w/water pulse, and i can say thats it is fine for exp, and i don't that its good for pvp. This changes what you suggest, make him useless over 900000. Rest and other stuns dont make him OP, in duel grass or stone can easy beat you, if u dont use in time rest.

Togekiss
I think it's kinda bad Pokemon.
Replace Lovely Kiss for Moon Blast or Pound or Double Edge or Play Rough or Dazzling Gleam.
It should helps a lot, improve it. Also TM's like EQ deals small dmg around 1k in 130lvl. I think would be around 1.2-1.3k ea.
Hope You can looks on it.

All i want to say that the rebalancer who did this change for making dewgong even More op give his argument. I think some of them.forget cooldown time in any move they add. 15-20 seconds for something that hit 5-6k.. wtf? #backtobasic. And i know is not players fault.

In my opinion Steelix should have Rest because it is a pokemon that is the best in the anime and games in which it has Rest and do not see why it should not be Padventures, I take Harden and put Iron Defense by previous Onix reasons is because Harden when using evolves as type Steel becomes no longer used and instead uses Iron Defense.

What is the reason change base wobbuffet move, which was added some days ago, for something useless?

Hello. I have 2 suggestions to improve pokemons:
First one:
Magnezone
Nice poke with good potential, but it is very squishy (even when Iron Defence is used) due to its types. I think that it needs more sustain, so i suggest to replace supersonic with metalic noise (30/35s cd). I think that adding +1k dmg (on 100lvl) with thunder and changing its cd (from 20 to 30s) would help a lot on hard resps.

Second one:
Sceptile
Everytime i use it i feel that something is missing to it. I think that it needs some stun (it can't even learn it) like growl, roar or one more area attack instead of stun (imo fury swipes would match perfectly). Also replacing passive Grass Knot with Pursuit would help a lot. Anyway Pursuit and and Night Slash have so weak dmg so you should consider increasing it.

Regards,
Szmul

Change Magnet Bomb for Metalic Noise in Magnezone's moveset. Without Relfect as a TM is very hard to lvl up it or change maybe for Super Sonic. It can help a lot in exp, becouse is area stun. Super Sonic is only good in pvp or alone resp. If U choose second option 1 stun will be further but better than is now.

Well, not every pokemon should be "easy" to exp, you can always stun massive respawn with another pokemon and kill it with magnezone, I don't see any problem in that.
It is obvious some pokes might be better for exp and some better for duels.
