Problem with connect to server

Hi,
I've got a problem with login to the server.
I write login and password and then i'm waiting for so long, but nothing is happen. After some time It shows an error 10060 <connection failed>
I don't know what's going on. I tried to 'reinstall' PA but it didn't help.
Hope you know how solve this problem.

Everyone have this, server crash every 5 minutes.

But I've got this since 6 hours. In this time I couldn't login. I can't even see my 'chars panel'

Ask your internet provider or check if your Firewall didn't block some ports. That's not the the problem of padventures itself, just your internet.
