the client doesnt connect what ip ?

hello !! i play this game and i stop playing some months ago now i have free time to play again

but i open my client and put my credential and only said "conecting to login server" and get stuck there forever!!

the client its not stopper i can push cancel button or check tutorial setting etc but it doesnt conect to my account

i am sure its not a credential lost problem cuz i can login at the site....

now i live in another place i dont know if that its important or if i need to put an ip code to login ?

and should i choose a proxy server or not ?

Hello Guys!
try one of these options

1- Disable Antivirus
2- Disable "Download file using Proxy" option (option> more)
3 - Disable or change the Proxy
4- Open client as Admin

The IP Code is only important if you have one
