wont let me in the game

hi there not sure whats going on when i load the client it lets me put my account name and password in then i click ok and nothing happens it trys to load but just doesnt i cant access my charachters ive tried deleting everything and re downloading a bout 25 times and nothing changes any one have any idea what is going on
