Pokémon with 9 Attacks

I don't know if the STAFF already know about them (Probally do), but there are some last evolution/no evolution Pokémon with only 9 attacks. I would suggest to add 1 attack to all those Pokémon, like you guys did with Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon.

Just some Pokémon that i remembered just now that only has 9 Attacks:

Mr. Mime, Machamp.

Obs.: I would suggest to add attacks to Electabuzz and Magmar (both with only 8...) too, to be equal with Scyther.

I think its good idea. Last form's should have 10 spells ( i think so :l ).

Who said that last evolution must be with 10 spells. It depends from balance of poke.

It's not easy to balance all pokemons well.
Especially when Buzz and Magmar are strong pokes imo and Rebalance Team will add 2 more attacks they will be overpowered. Same with Mr. Mime (imo best psychic poke right now).
About Machamp... Yup, He needs to be improved, because It's worst fighting pokemon imo.

psychic pokes right now are little unbalanced because of not enough dmg in terms of the rest of pokes
