Hi, I would like to suggest something quite interesting to Smeargle, maybe adding a tm learnset could make this Pokémon viable to use again because it feels quite unfair in duels when every Pokémon can use 12 attacks and Smeargle just 10, as you know, Smeargle cannot sketch some moves such as curse, natural gift, and the list goes on and on. Also, cannot sketch from a few shinnies and cloned Pokémon.
Making Smeargle learn TM's could be good and will make it look fresh, and I suggest the next tm's taking in count that is hard to rebalance I WILL NOT add tms like rain dance, epicenter, brick break, feint, surf it would be crazy, I just want to see a strong Smeargle not an O.P. Smeargle. Of course is not mandatory to add the next tm's but at least take in count my proposal.
