And after it, create a new server called "Crying Babies" Or "As You Wish"
When player create a char in this new server he'll not be and "trainer from Celadon".. He'll be a "Crying kid from Celadon"

A Cryer from any city starts at level 200 and in poke center has a NPC what gives some Master Balls for free and diamonds everytime you want...
I think this is the only way to make some "Cryers" from all cities happy.

Make some guildhalls (big houses for guilds, high price for every member help to pay), strategically placed near respaws or far from the towns.
You guys can create a variety of guildhalls: Mansions, abandoned places, towers, lighthouses, hideouts.

Improve "Sniff" ability.
1. Add a new skill "Sniffing".
2. Lower delay to 10 sec.
3. Make so it will take longer for a bush to respawn. This way people will explore the florest and try to find bushes.
4. Depending on your level of sniffing you can sniff out more than one pokemon at a time and only certain evolution pokemon.
Example:
Level 1 Sniffing = Sniff out one 1st evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time.
Level 20 Sniffing = Sniff out two 1st evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time.
Level 40 Sniffing = Sniff out one 2nd evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time
Level 60 Sniffing = Sniff out two 2nd evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time.
Level 80 Sniffing = Sniff out one third evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time
Level 100 Sniffing = sniff out two third evolution bug/grass pokemon at a time.

It would be great if introduced new evolutions like:
Weavile(It evolves from Sneasel when leveled up at night while holding a Razor Claw. )
Magnezone(It evolves from Magneton when leveled up in either Mt. Coronet or Chargestone Cave. )
Lickilicky(It evolves from Lickitung when leveled up while knowing Rollout. )
Rhyperior(It evolves from Rhydon when traded holding a Protector.)
Tangrowth(It evolves from Tangela when leveled up while knowing AncientPower. )
Electrive(It evolves from Electabuzz when traded holding an Electirizer)
Magmotar(It evolves from Magmar when traded holding a Magmarizer.)
Togekiss(It evolves from Togetic when exposed to a Shiny Stone.)

I did not think more about the quest for the stones because you first have to accept my idea.I think it's a good idea in the current situation on TRADE where prices rare pokes are falling down.

Pay 1 diamond or anything else to make a unique Pokémon. So theres no way to hackers use then.

Maybe a system with held itens, just like GBA/NDS games.
Ex: Exp. Share (a pokemon equipped with it, will divide experience with another pokemon in use)
Lucky Egg (Boost Chansey moves in console games, maybe here should improve luck in loot drops)
Light Ball (Boost Pikachu moves in console games, here, maybe should improves electric damage in 5% and give "Light" Ability)
Quick Claw (Your pokemon gain a first strike chance in console games, here , should decrease in 5% cooldown moves).
Of course, its just a suggestion, but it'll be fun to see Held itens here...

Reduce the time of the battle; It is very annoying to have to wait for long.
Add a system of password for the locker in the pokemon center. Just the account owner will know, if the player is hacked, the thief does not have access to your locker, because him not know the password.

Special effects to powders.
Those coloured powders are mysterious. Psychic Pokés can find trainers using energy from White Powders, why cant we use them for another effects? (Not psychedelic).
Maybe something like that:
Red Powder = Players run fastest for 1 or 2 minutes
Blue Powder = Maybe for using Mind Control in the future
Aqua Powder = Instant teleport out of dive spot (sometimes is boring back everything again underwater)
Green Powder = User take half damage from Pokés for 30 seconds
Rainbow Powder = Have no idea. (this thing explodes when you use it)
White Powder = for finding players with Search
Another ideas about powders and his effects are welcome.

Option to cancel Quests: Relic of the Dragons; Missing Software; Silph's Experiment ( obviously, if u dont finish them).
2nd:
The staffs make a very good work in johto map, take this experience and remake some areas on kanto like: Island of Blastoise Mase( too big and boring); Islands on north of Cerulean; the island in the east of 150+ area (i dont know why have this island); Underground of citys ( not atractive to low lvls and big caves); and other areas where other players can say...
3rd:
Jumpluff have a useless attack Cotton Spore, my suggestion is make this deal grass damage and like explosive egg area, with the slow, because he have only 3 attack to do a good damage.
