Hello good, I have not made a post referring to a specific pokemon for a long time, I see an excellent potential in "Mr Mime", he has good movements although I think the most successful change that I suggest is the following:
With regard to passives, they are fine
but the star movement of Mr mime, in my opinion it should be a kind of "TM3", it has a Cooldown of 15 seconds, which is fine, but it takes away the attack potential, I think it shouldn't belong to his moveset, if not rather to a kind of skill, which is activated with a command, and which appears as a respective movement.
That added to a 1k HP increase, I think it would put mr mime in a place within the options to compete ...
Which move would you replace it with?
it can be "trick"
or add an attack called "recycle", which allows you to use a movement x2 times, instead of one, as the "instruct" of Oranguru works
