This quest for Fire/Electric random tm is awesome, but this for "Master Ball" is too hard and unnecessary.

Well i tought about that,it can be changed MASTER BALL...as trophy for catches...not useable just an item as trophy/rewoard

Make the surroundings a nice ghost respawn not too hardcore (think on players that have to go to electric powerplant)
A nice ghost spawn for frees is needed =]

What you think about rest of proposals that i posted ,edited:master ball now can be as trophy in this Achievement System
as trophy 200+ catch or some...what you think about rest of this?
