Valentine promotion and gift command

From 10/Feb/2023 untill 24/Feb/2024 we will enable Donation Promotion.
During this time you will receive 50% more points.
Every person that will donate for 30+ (base) points will receive Valentine Box and Valentine dungeon box.

Valentine Box contains one of the following:
- New pokemon: Charcadet with chance for shiny Charcadet
- TM Case 24
- Random TM Case
- Random Elemental Box
- Random Held Item Box
- Random Held Item Box 2
- INQ Box
- 250 Empty Premier Ball


Also the "!gift" command is now available to send presents to your friends for 25 points.
