New year promotion and gift command

During this time you will receive 50% more points.
Every person that will donate for 30+ (base) points will receive New year box and New year lottery ticket.

An aoe with 5sqm range hits once

Foresight
An aoe like rototiller which causes ghost type pokemons to receive damage from normal type moves for 15s. Keep in mind that it by itself will not deal damage to the ghost type pokemon (unless used again within 15s). It does deal damage normally for any other type.
