[Support] Had problem with achievements

I had problem with my achievement
At catch 399 i caught alola diglett and after that timburr and gurdurr and got now 402 catch
But i didn't got my achievement for 400 catches,it says now 400 but didnt got msg for it or any kind of reward
GM checked this,and he have no clue what could it be.Can some CM or someone else help me?

Also my profile shows 402 catch and on site its 401,is it coz of this alola diglett or some bug?

the only thing that comes to my mind is that you already had that achievment completed when the requirement was lower cause some of those like catch or dex had numbers increased at least once

Maybe,i had 3 years ago like 390 catches or few more. Maybe it took it before,i dont know,im still learning new things that happend in this time i was off.
So maybe that is reason.Only i was sad when i got this 400. and nothing appeared
