[Support] Can't login o.O

I start of Pa client normaly type in m password and login it shows the list of my character but when I try to log on to on it says 'Invalid account name or password'
changed my password checked ip security everything WHAT IS GOING ON?

It is happening to me too. But in pearl i can log in. Just in diamond i cant :/
