[Support] Can't log in

I'm posting to help my friend.

Her character name is "Deltafox", he put her password, open character selection and when try enter stay with message "conecting the game server" and dont join.
I checked the status from their character in game site and seems all normal.
I give some accounts to him test and he login normal. He said their last action was log, get daily log and leave, after that he can't log. In my computer her account too can't log.
We try log with different connections, without success too.

There are issues of logging in second accounts now that problem is under investigation, be patient.

when you stay in the connecting part you cancel and log in your character again, for me it works after a few tries when my character is just connecting

Note: I don't know if the problem is the same
