2 Things [Ditto's Passive & Charizard's Dragon fury]

Well I've been hunting with bushe and we saw one of the charizards use dragon fury, So we decided to test it (well, I forced him to do it.)

2 Results;

1. Ditto Can't use passive skills :l

2. Charizard now has dragon fury, well thats ok but why no one was informed about it and it isnt even in the dex?
