why I cant use TM with C nite?

when Tauros and Exeggcutor were buggy nobody prohibited anyone from using their attacks
why with C Dragonite is prohibited?
I as a player dont have any fault...
Thunder bolt with C Electrode is bugged too and you(staff) dont prohibit anyone!
please .. rather than to forbid me, reform it!
I want to up with C nite...
hopefully some ADM change your mind now after seeing this injustice.

My friend took punishment because this... and all players who use thunder bolt with c trode? and all players who used leaf storm with exeggcutor and easthquack with tauros?

Dont even compare this bug with all these, with this bug you can kill every blastoise in 1 second each since it doesn't has cd. Your friend got around 15 lvls in 2 days or 3 (i dont know about you). Try to dont get caught using it, or a punishment will follow.

Your friend, instead of report it he was abusing of it, getting lvl Quite fast in just two days.

Killing a Toise, with 1 thunderbolt, with no delay, isn't just a simply bug

And btw, your friend only got warned, it wasn't a banishment or deletion
