Some of you might already know this system from PO,
Ok lets get started.
Intro:
-TV's are to watch other players play. You can watch it by clicking on the TV in every PC. Once you "enter" the TV you will get a list of "channels" you can select the ones you would like to watch.
Ex.
-Hunting Venus PL
-LVL up 60.
-BOX 2 Reward
-BOX 3 OPEN!
Everyone can use the TV. To get the TV you need to go to a new NPC (the admin will need to get a npc somewhere in Viridian) called Bert Cam. You can get the cam by doing a quest, it is a hard quest.
Required level: 50
Items required: 35 Iman's
, 100 Screw's
(again, admins will need to add this item and it would drop from magnemites, magnetons. Why? easy, you need screws to construct the cam. You could sell the screws for 100 = 30dollars.) also you will need 10 Onix tail
Bert Cam is hidden somewhere in Viridian.
When you find Bert Cam the conversation would look like this:
Player: Hi
Bert Cam: Heyo man, wassup? Want anything? Need any help?
Player: Mission
Bert Cam: Alright, bring me 35 iman's, 100 Screw's and 10 Onix tail.
Player: Bye
Bert Cam: See ya again!
When you collect the items.
Player: Hi
Bert Cam: I see you came back? Got a little kick from magnemite, magnetons and onix?
Player: Mission
Bert Cam: Ye man, thanks for the items. I will use them to construct the items. Come back in 24hours. I need to have time to make you a cam.
Player: Bye
Bert Cam: See ya.
After 24h
Player: Hi
Bert Cam: It was the longest 24hours in my life!
Player: Cam
Bert Cam: No, no. You are not ready yet to use the cam. Prove it that you are ready.
Player: Duel
Bert Cam: I see you are ready then. Let's duel, is 3 pokemons ok?
Player: 3 pokemons
Bert Cam will have the following pokemons:
Machamp 100 - to get the perfect shape of the metal to form the cam.
Onix 100 - to chip some gravel of him to form the cam.
Magneton 100 - To catch some electricity and use it in the cam.
If you win the duel:
Bert Cam: Oh man, you are really strong! There is your cam.
- If the player has a diamond account he can right click the camera and write the name of the channel. Ex. LVL'ing up ~~. When you use the cam a new channel will pop up, the channel would be called <name of the player> Cam Channel. Ex. Reason Cam Channel. The channel is for the players watching you to communicate with you.

PS. This is just a idea. You have to criticise(sorry cant spell, im foreign) it. As khan said, admins will need to finish writing the tv script ;D
