[Support] Strange mistake in counting catches

Good afternoon! When I opened Johto Box 2 for Daily Login, I got a weird error.

The game counted the Pokemon as captured, recorded it in the game profile, but not in the achievements. This is very strange, because now how can I make it so that the number of captures in the profile is combined with the number of captures in achievements?

As far as I understand, the received Pokémon at the start of the game are considered caught, as well as the Pokémon from the boxes.

The one with 98 is like the total ammount that you caught where from what i remember every version of x poke counts as "new" catch the "true" number is 97 that counts only single/first ones (aka for example first thing would count 20 vivillons each as "new" catch where second thing would count only single one)

The fact is that I have just 98 first captures. All Pokémon are different. Duplicates are not counted there

Here is an example of a player who has caught both Shiny and Cloned Pokémon. Everything is normally taken into account for him xD
