Good night, i have a problem, the cute ticket time's just over right now (24-07-2017 23:50 pm GMT -5) but that was exactly 3 days (72 hours) (i active it at friday same hour). The problem is with the migration and all this i lose time and i didn't received the 12 hours than u mencioned in this post or something.

That's probably because your ticket expired before I was recovering the time. I will ask Hohenheim to confirm when you have used the ticket.
