  • Wait for a GM to reply your report, keeping the new tab open. If you log out, the report will close automatically.

Reporting tips

  • Make english reports. Not all GMs speak your mother language. If you write a report in a different language than English, there is a high chance that it will be rejected.

  • Check if it's really a rule violation. Before reporting, be sure that the player is really breaking the Rules. Things like Kill Steal (KS) and offensive statements on default/private aren't against the rules and won't be punished. Reports from that will be rejected.

  • Don't ask questions about the game content. They should always be made at the Help channel, where tutors and experienced players can answer.

  • Make detailed reports. Don't forget to add relevant information like the nickname of the player and which rule is he breaking. Reports with only the nickname of the player will be rejected.

  • Have proof. If you are reporting, for example, someone spreading hacklinks or offending on public channels, be sure to have proof, in form of screenshots hosted in any site that uploads images, to give to the GM. Reports without proof will be rejected. Keep in mind that this is needed in all cases which a GM can't see the rule violation (for example blocking, which a GM can verify by going to the location, doesn't need proof). If you have trouble in hosting screenshots, check the Screenshot Guide.

  • Don't be rude while reporting. As obvious as it sounds, when you request the help of GMs, be sure to make a polite report. Reports like "I WANNA TALK WITH YOU GM YOU IDIOT" will be, of course, rejected. You may also get a notation/ban for offensive statement. Keep in mind that GMs are volunteers, who spend their free time for the sake of the community.

  • Don't ask for help of a specific GM. All GMs are equally capable of processing your report. The only exception is appealing for unbanishment, which should be dealt with the GM responsible for your banishment. In this case, write the name of the GM you need to talk to in your report.
