Honestly, not. There are many Tangelas with Giga Drain, so adding it to Tangrowth would be like making them to lose their effort on TM. For me Tangela is fine with his heal/absorbs, I just think it needs more attacks, wich Tangrowth could make it.

Tangela lost a lot of damage on super vines while it was his strongest move before rebalance while he got only 2 spells to deal serious damage, now there is even a possibility to get beaten by onix.Also there is only a small chance to solo 2 wild marowaks, they gained 3 stuns and tangela gained nerf.

Sneasel

LoL, Sneasel is U.P,
I think the Sneasel a good pokemon however, it is extremely fast, and strong, but here in PA he is pretty weak with low defense (that's right), He compared the force that has the GBA is too weak, however has some good attacks is hard to play with him, has no stuns, And with that the TM to add it still is not as strong as it should be.

The moves of sneasel is :

Ice Shards - m1 - level 40 - 10s
Fury Cutter - m2 - level 40 - 20s
Metal Claw - m3 - level 42 - 15s
Fury Swipes - m4 - level 45 - 20s
Icicle Clash - m5 - level 48 - 20s
Faint Attack - m6 - level 50 - 20s
Freezing Shock - m7 - level 60 - 45s
Night Slash - m8 - level 60 - 30s

I think add 2 atks :

Close Combat - m9 - level 65 - 30s
Fear - m10 - level 45 - 20s

And increase your speed, I think if you do that he had been in perfect rebalancing.

I agree with this mostly like the fact that sneasel needs fear and a little attack boost but more speed and close combat are not necessary remeber it still has an evolution

... I know very well the attacks Crobat can learn, but MANY have players are not rich to buy one TM CRUNCH OR AERIAL ACE. Also it is Very difficult and rare to find in the trade.
Fly attack and trash, then add in TM33 lear set and I keep quiet, okay?
Crobat need other atacks, why is this garbage ..
I respect his decision, but Crobat Could be a little better atk.
has many respow pokemon grass / poison, then some of the ATKs Crobat is useless.

i think u need to put bite and ice fang on 15-20sec cuz when its is 10 you cant kill it in duel , it stuns u , bite- twister , ice fang-hydropump then again bite - atk , ice fang - atk . kinda impossible to kill -.-
