Well, first of all, Its a great job the one you've done here Pyro, reading all the suggestions and get them in one thread is a lot of work.
But Imo, there's nothing perfect, so there you have my opinion about a some changes.
Venusaur
- replace Quick Attack with Headbutt
- replace m4 with Synthesis 60s
- replace Leech Seed with Sunny Day 25s (would like to make it an aoe buff)
The first and last changes are okay imo, the problem comes with Synthesis, I don't think that's necesary to add that To venusaur right now, it doesn't have any problem with the actual set of skills.
Charizard
- +700 HP
- Dragon claw cd 5s-
- add Metal Claw 1.8k/20s
- replace Raging Blast with Dragon Breath 1.8k/20s
- Flamethrower/Fireball/Fire Fang/Fire Blast +300 dmg, Ember +100 dmg (due to the lack of one more fire type move)
I dno't think that it's necesary a Boost on charizard's Hp, since it was boosted already, and due the fact of double type now, it gained some resistance quite usefull to its actual disadventages. About the increase damage, Imo it's too much, after all he's loosing an useless skill for something totally usefull, with more damage, range, and new type.
Blastoise
- replace Harden with Protection 45s
This will make this pokemon too OP, right now it's still hold the title as one of the strongest water pokes, adding that skill would make him OP. My suggestion is change the way Harden works, it should be passive on blastoise instead of an active skill
Butterfree
- replace String Shot for Morning Sun 60s
This pokemon is quite fine, Isn't necesary to modify or boost it
Fearow
m1 Peck 1k/10s, m2 Pluck 2x800/15s, m3 Whirlwind 1.8k/15s, m4 Drill Peck 3x700/15s, m5 Wing Attack 1.6k/20s, m6 Tornado 1.8k/35s, m7 Mirror Move 30s, m8 Fly Attack 2.3k/30s, m9 Uproar/Rage passive 15%/20%
In my opinion, Fearow should have the same movement pool as Pidgeot, that means both pokes should got Mirrow move and Roost, there can be a difference Cooldown betwen them, Fearow a shorter CD on mirror move, and Pidgeot a shorter CD on Roost. Actually your suggestion enlarge the difference of power btwen Fearow and pidgeot right now.
Arbok
- add Thunder Fang 1.1k/20s
- add Ice Fang 1.1k/20s
- replace Rage with Underground Yx130/60s
Arbok it's a nice pokemon, his lack of defense and HP makes him useless right in PVP only, suggesting changes on attacks it's useless imo, also, adding 3 new attcks would make him Too "OP", offensivelly speaking, Imo, you should add only 1 skill of those 3 that you mentioned.
Raichu
- replace Electric Storm with Shredder Team/Double Team 60s
- Thunder 5s-
- Thunder Bolt 5s-
- Iron Tail 5s-
- Mega Kick 5s-
- increase movement speed
- +1k HP
- Thunder Punch +200 dmg
- add Tail Whip 3x700/10s
Honestly I don't get the point here.. It's like too much. I'm agreed with the small CD reduction, but Adding a new skill, and replacing an usefull skill with another completely useless it's mad. Just reconsider the CD reduction, and forget the other things.
Arcanine
- increase speed movement
- +1k HP
- add Thunder Fang 1.3k/20s
- Fireball/Fire Fang/Roar 5s-
- Ember/Flamethrower/Fireball/Fire Fang +200dmg
- remake Tri Flames > triple Raging Blast, 3 sqm flame, hope you get my point
Again the same problem imo. If a pokemon get their CD's reduced, the damage shouldn't be increased. And the HP of Arcanine it's okay, so isn't necesary to change it.
Golem
- replace Harden with Protection 45s
I would add something new, instead of Replace harden with protection.
Magneton
- replace Electric Storm with Mirror Shot 1.6k/20s
- Thunder Shock 5s-
- Thunder Wave 5s-
- Sonicboom 5s-
I would suggest to replace Sonicboom with Mirror Shot, or simply add it, Magneton doesn't have any steel type right now, and replacing it with the strongest move on magneton, would be helpless
Hypno
- add Nightmare 60s
- replace Headbutt with Psy Pulse 1k/10s
- Dream Eater 10s-
Adding nightmare would turn him into a monsters, so I'm not agreed, and increasing dream eater to 10 seconds it's useless imo, after all It's a movement that only work when the enemy pokemon it's sleeping, and Hypnosis have 20 secs of CD.
Mr Mime
- replace Mimic Wall with Wall Trap (traps enemy inside walls, so you can recover some cooldowns, you and enemy cannot be attacked) 20s
I'm agreed with chaaps, Mr mime It's okay right now, that will turn him into a monster too.
Lanturn
- add Confuse Ray 20s
- add Aqua Ring 60s
- add Water Pulse 1.1k/20s
Lanturn mainly need a boost on the damage of the current skill pool, instead of just adding attacks to it.
Politoed
- add Ice Punch 1.3k/20s
- +1k HP
- Mega Punch 5s-
The difference betwen Poliwrath and Politoead, it's the fact that politoead has more water moves, adding him that attack would turn him into a Poliwrath with AOE skills.
Kingdra
- +3k HP
- passive rate up
I have a kingdra, and it doesn't lack of HP, and the passive isn't often but that doesn't make him unpowered, It's okay right now.
Blissey
- -2.5k HP
- remake Healing Wish and Wide Guard so it only heals/buffs other Pokemons, not Blissey itself
Again, two negative effects at once would make a great chaos, Just one of those changes should be done, and if it's HP, the Hp should be reduced just 1.5k, 2.5k It's a loot, after all Blissey only have 17k atlvl 130, what's not a lot compared to other pokes (On GBA games, Blissey is one of the pokes that reach the highest ammounts of HP)
