[Support] Problem with Client

After returning from retired, I downloaded the game again from the site, I did the whole process to install the game and when I open the client it is stuck in the login window.
I've already tried checking/unchecking all possible options.

There is nothing useful in your images, try download game again, EXTRACT IT, update it, client should restart and try login.

If it doesn't work you could ask a friend or CM to attempt to login your character, if is possible they login your char then is problem with your client. In that case try get a working client from a friend?
