[Support] Problem in casino

Hi, I have problem with casino's changes system. As you know, there's limit of 15k chips, which you can buy – even so, we need 30k chips to change them into a Pokemon. It was kinda hard to get 30k of them and took me about 3 days. After that whole time, I wanted to trade them into Chansey from my dreams. I went to NPC Maria and… She took chips but I didn't got Pokemon!
I tried to check in pokebag, in locket, everywhere – I just don't have it. I don't know if it's global problem or not, I just want to report this and it would be nice if Chansey can be restored…

ur coins is in the coins case, not badges... and she said "u don't have enought chips", check in ur Coins Case if u really have 30k in chips or if u sold it

Note that for 3 screenshot are two attempts to purchase. One attempt to buy is 21:33 hours and 21:40 hours the second. The first should be a Chansey and do not have it. Further discussion is proving that it did not sell chips and the second time I could not buy a show because I have gone 30k chips
