Its moveset maybe looks great, but exping it its really hard. Die easily. Yes, it has Endure, but on big resp or even smaller one, kill something its a problem. It doesn't have any huge AoE move ( not talking about TMs ), just 2 Dark Pulse style moves and Water Spout as a AoE target. I would like to suggest replacing Water Spout or Water Sport for Hydro Vortex and Enchoed Voice for Perish Song. I think it really could help and would be use often than now. I rarely see when players use it.
