Ninetales emm is mixed with cat and dog with 9 tails xD Almost every dog or cat can dig the holes.

The same situation is with Houndoom. Dark dog and without dig.

If is any possibility to add it, would be good. Thx for reading : )

It's different.
There no sense to compare this, Foxes does it as a survive method and only on the snow. I really can't imagine a fox beating with his head on the tough ground. And they do holes, not find ones.

I don't know you wrote it seriously or it was only a sarcasm ( about Muk ), but see, how it looks - Pokemon can use move but can't use the ablity which the name is exactly like this move.
Sorry with one diffrent - abillity doesn't have "-" in name.

There are lots of Pokémon who can not use Rock Smash as a move but as an ability.So I think Muk can use it as an ability too.
