Might be a false report due to wrong google translation but it says that first he insults my mother with cancer and then he call us gay people because we speak languege that he can't understand (as if he didnt do the same). If it's correct then I think its worth reporting.

In first SS he's basically upset he has to stand in the line, regarding the "he insults my mother with cancer" bit of your post he means something along the lines of "we have to play like this (queue system) or I think they'll die. Or maybe their mother has cancer and that's why they're in a hurry". I think that's it or I'm missing context.

Regarding the "gay people" bit, he's uneasy he can't understand your language, to which he says "I feel like they're saying f*g".
