Raticate has been already added, except cloned one, becase we've had problem while replacing its one side, no idea why, but the program was just freezing or crashing at the same point, and no, it's not fault of ur sprite, but program itself or current cloned rati. I think the Admin who is going to replace it will solve it somehow, later.
