first of all his hp is ok, he has a low hp like another pokes, and he is not a good poke and have 2 imunities

at least for me, dont need change anything there are pokes betters than others

I would rather suggest adding Honchkrow as his evolution, since there are several Sinnoh and it would make him pretty rebalanced.

u only will lose to kazam if him uses reflect and restore so often, u have a 35 s pursuit and night shade as stun and for me, murkrow is better than raticate

Well,Murkrow Need a re-view,He isn't a good poke,But is not the worse at all.Just a little Rebalance on his hp and at his flying moves.Maybe Add One more Attack.
