can you change cd of mr mime play rough? he has a lot of cd (25 sec), compared to other fairy types (Aromatisse 15 sec, Gardevoir 15 sec), it is also very weak vs dark pokemon (Umbreon, Hydreigon, sableye, absol) since they have ghost skills i suggest to change moonblast

I think Mr Mime is one of the best pokes balanced for duel and level up, it's unnecessary to change.
Maybe decrease Play Rough in 5 or 10 seconds would be helpful.
Also Moon Blast is better than Misty Terrain cuz if your target move away its hit more than 1x and Misty Terrain DMG is pratically the same as Moon Blast. As well he can learn Misty Terrain or even betther like Fairy Wind to help u level up in fighting/dark pokémons.
