Change disarming voice or reduce it's cooldown and change draining kiss.

Disarming voice have 45s(!) cooldown compared to
- Aromatisse - 30s + 2 good aoes + small heal + ref + aoe stun
- Granbull - 30s + 2 good aoes + aoe stun

I have 2 ideas for it:

1)Swap disarming voice for Return(good for pixilate ab)
2)Reduce disarming voice cd to 30 and change draining kiss for other good AoE move or protection move(probably won't happen because of ref) or maybe other heal move, or reduce draining kiss cooldown too for 25s(we have moves like draining punch which heal 1,3k and it probably casts more often than 2 times per 25sec)

Damage of Sylveon's Disarming voice is much stronger than other pokes

It deals 600dmg more per hit, but still it's small area af. She has 2 almost identical moves:
- misty terrain - 6 x 1k, more likely to hit all hits for all pokes around here
- disarming voice - 3 x 2k, you can't always hit that if poke is 1/2 sqms away, closest enemy may got 4x2k.
- both same area
- if you count dmg/per cd sec aromatisse is a bit better, and still have prot and stun in basic moveset

And i forgot to post it, but she can learn geomancy with other stuns.

you're conveniently forgetting about sylveon's teteer dance, that deals amost 5k when combined with pixilate and has a great range because sylveon moves around when using. and it still has stored power that deals 6k dmg. not to mention aromatisse's trick room has a range as shit as disarming voice

to me sylveon is perfectly balanced for both pvp and pve

on this i gotta agree with the palestrinha
sylveon is such a good pokemon right now, changing it would be pointless imo.
