[Support] Got a new laptop and can't run pa WHY???

As I try to run "Padventures Dx9.exe" this error come up "The program can't start d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I have reinstalled it 3 times and nothing changed. HELP!

Search at google the d3dx9_43.dll, download it, install it, and be happy!
(Probably will miss other's dll's too, do the same thing)
Ps: Dll is not and .exe file, ofc its .dll, them if u dont know where to put it and install it, there's some youtube tutorials, and google tutorials
