Rotom dont have a good size ghost or eletric for PVE. In TMs have only space for TM33+ other atack TM, so he need a other good move in area.

if you think is too OP can give just one AOE. I think for example Rising Voltage+ Shadow Claw isnt OP and a good combination

Fact is Rotom could use another area attack. Cant u guys add a nerfed Dream Catcher? Like you did with Qwilfish/Toxic Thread
