the pokemon selected for the admins, all select the pidgey, is the best of the pokemons selected

Yes there will be a guild management system.
The requirements we dont know yet but I think level requirement.
Example: Im level 5 and I want to make a guild well I decided to make a guild but it says "Sorry you do not have enough level to make a guild".

IS there any EXP sharing?... as i remember(based on gameboy advance 9 years ago xD) if you battle a pokemon and use your weak pokemon then switch to a good pokemon and kill the enemy(pokemon) they exp share. Right?

1.if you told some pokes like growlite pikachu and eevee can evolve only with stones ,how i can get that stones?
2.pokeball s catching system will be same like pokemon online BR? like catch rate pokeballs...
3.if you told pokemons won t have emotions, you will dont create food?

Well about your questions...

1.- Water Stone = Killing water pokemon. Fire Stone = Killing fire pokemon and so on...
2.- The rates wont be like in PokemonOnline, this is obvious but anyway the rates will be low.
3.- There will be berries.
