Dragalge/Shiny Dragalge - Adaptability

Hello there,
Dragalge is pretty well balanced pokemon, despite the fact that he doesnt own any defensive skill/heal he performs really well in pvp.
The only thing that he really struggles against are other dragons but dont get me wrong : hes mixed type so he definietly shouldn't be able to dominate them but at least let him put on a decent fight, he doesnt need change in his moveset the only thing that i would like to suggest is getting him ability "adaptality" he has it in nintendo games, we have it here in PA balanced and ready, so basically why not?
